AI garment analysis.
Computer vision reads the garment the way a first-assistant at a maison would.
The first artificial intelligence dedicated to luxury garment transformation. Computer vision, haute couture knowledge and a single certainty — nothing should be discarded when it can be reimagined.
A luxury garment is not an object. It is a decision — slow, deliberate, made with intention. Our intelligence respects that.
Every year, thousands of heritage garments — fur coats, tailored pieces, couture remains — quietly disappear from wardrobes.
ReLuxe Lab was founded on a single technical question: can an AI see what a garment could become, before a single seam is touched?
The answer is what you will find on this page — a platform that turns hesitation into clarity, and archives into futures.
At the core of ReLuxe Lab are three proprietary models, each trained on decades of couture construction and material behaviour.
Computer vision reads the garment the way a first-assistant at a maison would.
The second system simulates plausible redesigns respecting material constraints.
The client sees the final garment on their own body before the first cut.
A photograph of the piece, or of you wearing it.
Select a silhouette, a style, a reference.
A photorealistic visualization of the final piece.
Approved designs move to a partnered atelier.
A selection of pieces the studio has re-predicted.
Reconfiguration of the fur through horizontal orientation, creating a more modern, lightweight, and urban silhouette, without losing the elegance of the original mink.
Reduction in length and streamlining of volumes to transform an occasional garment into a versatile, contemporary piece designed for everyday wear.
A complete reinterpretation of the hair orientation, moving to a vertical arrangement that stylizes the figure and provides a more architectural language, incorporating a hood for a more modern and functional use.
Legacy fur pieces re-predicted as contemporary silhouettes.
Analysis of tailored archive pieces to unlock design possibilities.
Pre-production previews that remove doubt and reduce cancellations.
Extend the lifecycle of high-value garments.
Integrated previews for boutiques and ateliers.
A scalable API and licensed partner programme.
ReLuxe Lab was founded in 2025 by a small team working between Madrid and Gijón.
After more than a decade in international technology consulting, Elisa Álvarez chose to redirect her career toward her true vocation: fashion. This led to the creation of CYRANA, a premium brand specialized in fur garments, where she developed a deep understanding of the product, the client and the emotional value garments can hold.
Through direct contact with clients, she identified a recurring reality: pieces of great material or sentimental value often stop being worn simply because they no longer fit the wearer’s life, style or needs.
That tension between what a garment is and what it could become is the origin of ReLuxe Lab.
Her role in the project is to define the vision: a new way of understanding design through what already exists, where every garment becomes a point of departure.
A software engineer specialized in artificial intelligence, Hugo represents the ability to turn intuition into a real and useful tool.
With experience in the development of complex platforms, cloud architectures and data analysis systems, he has worked in environments where technology is not an end in itself, but a means to solve tangible problems.
At ReLuxe Lab, he leads the development of a technology capable of analyzing garments and generating transformation proposals with precision, making accessible something that until now depended almost entirely on imagination.
His approach is clear: to turn complexity into useful simplicity.
An entrepreneur with a well-established track record since the 1980s, Juan José brings to the project a perspective grounded in market reality and execution.
He has founded and developed industrial companies with sustained growth, adapting across economic cycles and expanding operations into new markets.
At ReLuxe Lab, his role is to ensure that the vision does not remain an idea, but becomes structure, business model and growth.
